Have you ever been sitting at home watching Manotaur on a Saturday night? Did you wish you could watch it on the silver screen? Well, fear not, because SyFy Channel movies are coming to theaters.
According to Joblo.com, Universal (which owns the network) has inked a deal to release two films a year in theaters starting in 2012. The biggest obstacle is finding the right pitch; to try and sell these movies to the mainstream would be business suicide, because it takes a person cut from a very specific kind of cloth to see Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus in a video store and realize its importance.
